本格的 屋外アートフェア
目的
１：「アートを生活の一部に！」
『アート／アーティストという単語は身近に溢れているけれど、自分の 部屋にお気に入りの写真や絵画が飾ってある訳じゃないし、友達にアート 作品をプレゼントしたことなんてない。なぜなら本物のアート作品はとっても高いから！』
このアートフェアはそんな感覚を覆すチャンスです。本物のアート作 品がお手頃価格で手に入るのです。アートフェアで様々なスタイルのアートに触れ、自分の気に入った作品をその場で購入し、家に持ち帰る。次の日朝起きるとお気に入りの作品が壁に掛かっている。。。昨日とは少し違った日常の始まりです。
２：「アートを通して国際交流！」
『街中で外国人を見かけることは増えたけど、普段話をする機会なんて 無いし、きっかけが掴めない。』アートフェアでは個々の来場者が出展アー ティストと作品を通して交流することが出来ます。アーティストの作品に
対する想いに耳を傾けるも良し、作品について質問するも良し、気に入っ た作品の値段交渉をするも良し。そこでは国籍や年齢や性別を超えたコミュ ニケーションが生まれます。
３：「アートを通して自分発見！」
『アートは一部の才能ある人だけが創れるものだよね。』そんなことは 無いはずです。昔から人々は自分の感性や考えをアートという形にして文 化を作ってきました。アートフェアでは様々なアーティストの作品を見て、
触れるだけでなく、来場者が自分自身の作品を創る事の出来る参加型ワークショップをいくつも開催します。自ら作品創りを体験する事によって、 様々なアート作品からの刺激を受けることによって、自分の中にある独自の感性に気付き、それを大切に育てるチャンスとなるでしょう
特色
アートは特定の人が特定の場所で楽しむためだけのものではありません。一般の人が気軽に自分の生活をより楽しく、豊かにするための要素なのです。このアートフェアでは、より多くの人達にそれぞれの生活を一層素敵なものとしてもらえるように、立ち寄りやすい屋外で、日本のアーティストだけでなく、海外のアーティストを招き、バラエティに富んだアート作品に触れてもらえる場を創ります。

出展アーティストの作品に触れ、自分の感性で気に入ったものを見つけたら、それをその場で購入して自分の物とすることが出来ると共に、アーティストを支援する事が出来ます。アーティストも来場者が作品を購入することで制作活動の励みとすることが出来るのです。日本では
未だアーティストから直接作品を購入し、支援する場は多くありません。
このアートフェアはその様な状況を改善するための第一歩です。

You can hear about stories behind artwork from your favorite artists and ask them questions directly.? You can even bargain great deals for some artwork to take with you.? At Yokohama International Outdoor Art Fair, there will be many conversations beyond nationality and age ? and you will be a part of it!
